Our Mission

The goal of U.S. Auto Credit Purchasing Center, LLC is to provide excellent service and care to sub-prime, indirect auto financing customers in an attempt to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.  We believe that all of our customers should be treated with fairness and dignity.

With over 30 years in the automotive business, we have the experience and knowledge to successfully serve customers with sub-prime, indirect auto financing needs.  

We are no longer accepting new customers or offering new products or financing to our existing customers.  However, we continue to offer support, payment options and account servicing for all our existing customers’ accounts with the same level of support as we have in the past.  

Services for our automotive loan customers include:

• Access to a dedicated Customer Service team
• Ability to make payments online, over the phone or locally at one of our payment locations, as well as the scheduling of automated payments
• Access to account information online
• Availability of account review with specialized team members
